People Operations Manager
QuadPay is an alternative payment provider that allows brands to give their customers the opportunity to split their purchases into 4 interest-free, automatic installments. The customer gets the product straight away and we pay the merchant upfront.
QuadPay is one of the fastest-growing payments startups in New York City and we are looking for a People Operations Manager with experience working at a rapidly growing startup.We're looking for someone with a passion for people who can help us craft and carry out people programs to foster employee fulfillment and organizational effectiveness.
Things you'll do
- Help establish the processes that underpin our people development, talent management and recruitment, HR compliance, benefits and compensation programs.
- Collaborate with individual team leaders and senior management to drive people programs - including performance management, recruitment, compensation, talent development and feedback, employee retention and internal communications.
- Promote a culture of continual growth by supporting all employees to engage in meaningful and rewarding ongoing learning and development opportunities.
- Be one of the champions of QuadPay’s culture and values and help build a highly enjoyable and rewarding working environment for all employees.
- 5+ years of professional (ideally start-up) experience in human resources or people operations.
- Understanding of people operations programs including coaching, performance management, compliance and remuneration and reward strategies.
- Highly effective strategies and systems for facilitating effective internal communications for a rapidly growing business.
- Experience in developing highly effective recruitment strategies that promote a diverse and high performing workforce.
- Excellent communication skills and a high natural empathy.
